Kiatsu

Kiatsu is the healing work developed by B.J. Carlisle who was John's first healing arts teacher.
B.J. was internationally known for his healing work. He was a descendant of Hawaiian Kings and a Hawaiian Kahuna, his official title was "Keeper of the Kings Bones."

John was privileged to be one of his students and very close friends for a period of six years. Most people who knew B.J. considered him to be a miracle man. He had two focuses in his practice. One was the Hawaiian energy work, the other was his vast knowledge of Eastern medicine, particularly Shiatsu. He was a "Master of Shiatsu", and combined this with his years
of practice in Huna, or Lomi., the Hawaiian form of healing.

John combines this work with his Neuromuscular Therapy training to produce a more profound type of deep energy healing bodywork. It is a great blend of the vast anatomical and physiological training of the West, with the more spiritual and energetic work of a traditional healer.
